Festive Sauna bookings 2025 - Xmas and New Year's Day

As always, fabulous sauna! Spacious, hot and stunning views! It's an instant de-stresser.. especially when combined with a gorgeous sea dip!

What a great experience, on the beach, views of the sun setting, stones throw from the sea. Highly recommend

We loved our experience with the Fire Salt Sea and have decided to make it a monthly tradition to sauna and dip as a result! Recommend getting the salt scrub and bringing your sea shoes for a nice rinse off in the sea.

This is SUCH a great way to revitalise yourself! I kinda don't even want to say how much because it's like one of Worthing's most well kept secrets :) But if you get the chance, do it!

Fantastic sauna experience right by the sea. I went with my partner and my mother and we all loved it. The sauna was very clean, properly hot, and felt new, modern, and comfortable. Being so close to the water really makes it special. David, the owner, was incredibly welcoming, and his son was just as kind. They brought us water and fruit to make sure...

3/1/2026-BANG! What a fabulous start 2026, as we visited fire salt and sea, incredibly lucky to be blessed by blue skies but also only 3 degrees. As we chatted and struggled to get undressed on the beach (purely because of the outside temperature) we all said we'll do the sauna and maybe pour some cold water over ourselves, but not the sea as it is way too...

The sauna was gorgeous, made even better by adding the face maskand body scrub.

I absolutely love this sauna - I always leave feeling rejuvenated. The view is beautiful and the service is friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommended!
