Festive Sauna bookings 2025 - Xmas and New Year's Day

Brand new, large, very hot sauna with beautiful views of the sea. The complimentary salt scrub was a nice touch. No plunge pools but the sea's not far!

Delicious seafront sauna experience with a group of friends on Worthing Seafront The sauna is clean, well appointed and with great views of the sea from inside. Would love to see a slightly bigger sauna with perhaps some more changing facilities if possible but otherwise what a lovely way you spend an hour on a gloriously sunny Saturday afternoon.

What a great experience! On a wet and windy morning it was really invigorating to spend time in the sauna and dip in the sea! We will definitely be back again soon!

I love this sauna . I have been a few times now . It is great value for money and such a great thing to do with friends . It has been upgraded now to a larger, hotter sauna and it is in a great location right on the beach near the Burlington Hotel. I particularly love the view you get through the window of the sauna and if you catch it right , you get amazing...

This was our first time using a Sauna on the beach and it was fantastic and won't be our last. The wind was howling up the beach and huge waves crashing and being able to watch that from a roasting sauna was just brilliant. The feeling afterwards of being in stormy winter weather on a beach in swimwear and not feeling cold in the slightest was totally surreal...

Beautiful experience sitting in the serene space of the sauna whilst looking out over the stormy sea. Lovely!!!

It really was an absolutely delightful experience to feel the heat from the logs and the smell of authentic sauna with oranes offered at the end, and feeling the sea breeze as you exit onto the pebbles, and trial yourself into the cold sea waves. Many thanks for this wonderful experience.
