The sea was wild so dipping in was challenging, but we lay down (it's called 'pilcharding', I learnt) in between sauna dipping. Insulation hats are great! Overall a lovely experience, thank you

Such a magical place. We went as the sun was setting - views stunning, sauna the perfect temperature, shoes and felt hats provided. I can't recommend this sauna enough!

Just perfect, would recommend and book again. The views are amazing and David and Zoe were welcoming and made us feel so comfortable, even looking after our dog. A+++

The sauna is well located on Worthing beach. There is a small but adequate changing tent that forms part of the sauna trailer. This is very handy in wet and windy conditions. The staff are professional and friendly. They gave a safety briefing before use of the sauna that was reassuring. The sauna was cleaned and readied before we got in. Again the operation...
